    The cuisine at Toms 91 brings the amazing flavors of the Islands. I have had the pleasure of tasting the food on several occasions and this was by far the best Caribbean cuisine I have eaten here in Orlando. This is a must for anyone who appreciates good food, authentic seasoning and home cooked goodness! The food is absolutely delicious!     If you love BBQ and Jamaican food, also known as “Floribbean cuisine”, and are lucky enough to live within 30 minutes from Tom’s 91, prepare to rejoice! Back in the days when Copeland Harris was here in Boca Raton, his cooking was practically legendary. No matter what you ordered, you just couldn’t go wrong. Some all-time favorites, which he is now going to be offering at Tom’s 91, include the pork spare ribs, beef brisket, jerk chicken, fricassee chicken, and conch fritters. But it doesn’t stop there. Side dishes not to be missed include his fabulous corn bread, sweet potato fries, baked beans, coleslaw and collard greens. Casselberry should prepare to fall in love, as this place is destined to exceed all expectations and elevate dining to a whole new level.

    I had the privilege of tasting many of the items on the menu today. They were all so good. My favorite was the Stew Beef with Butter Beans and Carrots. Aunty Tooka's coconut cookies were delicious. I would honestly be happy with any of the entrees. I really hope you are able to open a restaurant soon. My husband and I would be frequent guests, I'm sure.
